There is no doubt that the economy is not as strong as it was several years ago. The professional legal community is no exception. To help address this issue, Cathy L. Ribble launched a virtual paralegal community; Digital Paralegal Services, LLC in June 2009. Ribble earned her Certified Legal Assistant title from the National Association of Legal Assistants early in her career and said that she developed this company to offer virtual paralegal services to attorneys throughout the United States. This is the first post for the TERIS-Phoenix office. The Phoenix office (formerly DupLEX Legal Discovery Solutions) opened its doors in 2000 as a copy service. With longstanding ties to the valley, the owners quickly brought DupLEX to the forefront of the litigation support services industry in Phoenix, and have stayed ever since. Now, 9 years later, we have evolved with the industry and our clients to ensure we continue to offer the best resources to help law firms and corporations get things done. We will have several contributors to the blog in the coming months, all focusing on different aspects of both our local industry, and the legal community in general.
